PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed Hollister Village Urgent Care is a single-story tenant improvement which is approximately 3,274 SQFT. It will be transformed from an existing retail space into a medical office, specifically an urgent care.  

 

ESTIMATED START: January 2020

 

This is NOT a prevailing wage project.

 

The Applicable Trades: Hard demo, soft demo, concrete trench patch, masonry, cabinetry, countertops, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, sheet metal, doors, storefront windows, acoustical ceiling tiles, drywall, flooring, painting, plaster patch, tile, toilet accessories, window coverings, signage, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communication, and fire alarm.

 

INSURANCE: Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles. $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.  

 

BONDING: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal.

 

BID DATE:  December 18, 2019 @ 2 PM. Please note December 10, 2019 is the deadline to submit PB RFIs.
