PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Tenant improvement in an existing commercial building, tenant space for a proposed commercial bakery facility. All renovations are in the interior of the building, except for a grease interceptor and trash enclosure. Non-structural interior framing and related finishes, new mezzanine, cooling and freezing equipment, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
This is NOT a prevailing wage project.
PROJECT START: May 2019
The applicable trades: hard demo, concrete flat work, structural concrete, concrete sealer, epoxy coatings, steel, rough carpentry, freezer panels, walk-in coolers, cabinetry, roofing, doors and hardware, drywall & metal framing, tile, acoustical ceilings, insulation, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, signage, fire sprinklers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm.
INSURANCE: Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: Commercial General Liability Insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.
Bonding: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal
